- Applicant must be Licensee holder or W2 Employee only
- Must provide current photo I.D.
- Bring in the current Idaho State Alcohol License signed
- $20.00 a day fee
- Your state license will have to show that you have on-site premises consumption
- Will have to be purchased in person during the hours of Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm at the Clerks office NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE event.

Starting July 1st 2017 as per Idaho Code (Section 31-3205) the following fees will be changing for the listed documents, all other documents will stay the same at $10.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each page after.
The following documents are as listed 30 pages and under and an additional $3.00 a page 31 pages and more.

Both parties must be present at the same time.
If under the age of 18, your mother or father has to be present with your birth certificate.
Valid U.S. Government issued Identification.
Original Social Security Cards or last year's tax papers with name and social security number printed on them.
$28.00 cash, check or debit/credit cards (2.5% plus $1.00 fee on debit/credit cards)

Renewals
Applications will be mailed out on October 1st from Gooding County Recorder’s office
Applications must be turned into Gooding County Clerks office no later then December 12th
If you fail to meet the deadline, you will not be able to serve January 1st
New Applicants
You will need to bring in a copy of you new state license to Gooding County Clerks office located at 624 Main St Gooding, Id 83330
You must first obtain your Alcohol license from the State of Idaho at https://isp.idaho.gov/abc/
