I have lived in Gooding County since 1970 and have been a self-employed business owner since 1984.  I am a "get it done" type of person and thrive on challenges.

I am a promoter of business, in fact I have started multiple businesses that we have built up and sold to others who dream of being self-employed. Some of which were Frogs Lily Pad Restaurant in Hagerman, now known as the Snake River Grill,  1000 Springs Boat Tours, Assist Auto Brokerage, and I still have interests in 1000 Springs Realty and Hagerman Valley Inn.

 I was instrumental in recruiting Associates of Family Practice and Sawtooth Dental to Hagerman and provided the facilities for them so they could attend to the local health care needs of our community. 

I am one of the original and founding members that started the Hagerman Quick Response which is still a thriving organization that takes care of the emergency medical needs of our patrons.

As a family man, rancher and business owner I understand the needs of our County residents.

When tough situations come along I have no problem sitting down at the table with the stakeholders, thinking outside the box and negotiating a solution that’s reasonable.

I believe for small towns to survive the citizens have to support the local businesses, local charities, schools and be involved in your community and by doing this we can continue to live and prosper in this great place we call home
